产品介绍 The STAT5 Reporter (Luc)-Ba/F3 cell line is designed for monitoring STAT5 signal transduction pathways. It contains a firefly luciferase gene driven by the STAT5 response element located upstream of the minimal TATA promoter. After activation by cytokines or growth factors, endogenous STAT5 binds to the DNA response elements, inducing transcription of the luciferase reporter gene.
询价背景介绍 The binding of Programmed Cell Death Protein 1 (PD-1), a receptor expressed on activated T-cells, to its ligands, PD-L1 and PD-L2, negatively regulates immune responses. The PD-1 ligands are found on most cancers, and PD-1:PD-L1/2 interaction inhibits T cell activity and allows cancer cells to escape immune surveillance. The PD-1:PD-L1/2 pathway is also involved in regulating autoimmune responses, making these proteins promising therapeutic targets for a number of cancers, as well as multiple sclerosis, arthritis, lupus, and type I diabetes. 产品介绍 Recombinant CHO-K1 cells constitutively expressing mouse PD-L1 (Programmed Cell Death 1 Ligand 1, CD274, B7 homolog 1 (B7- H1), GenBank accession # NM_021893) and an engineered T cell receptor (TCR) activator.

询价背景介绍 B-Cell Maturation Antigen (BCMA), also known as tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 17 (TNFRSF17) or CD269, is a type I membrane protein encoded by the TNFRSF17 gene. TNFRSF17 is a cell surface receptor of the TNF receptor superfamily, that recognizes its ligands including BAFF (B-cell activating factor) and APRIL (a proliferation inducing ligand). BCMA is preferentially expressed in mature B lymphocytes and also on Multiple Myeloma (MM) cells. In vitro, the activation of BCMA by its ligand promotes the differentiation and proliferation of B cells. A vast array of intracellular activity is involved in BCMA-induced signal transduction, including activation of the NF-κB signaling pathway. The bioactivity of BAFF and APRIL as soluble homotrimers distinguishes them from other TNFSF ligands such as TRAIL, FasL, and CD40L, which are only active as membrane-bound molecules. 产品介绍 The BCMA / NF-κB - HEK293 recombinant cell line has been transfected with full-length human BCMA cDNA (Genbank #NM_001192) under control of a CMV promoter for high constitutive expression. The NF-κB-luciferase reporter is also stably integrated into the genome. The firefly luciferase gene is controlled by four copies of the NF-κB Response Element upstream of a minimal promoter. Upon ligand binding, active BCMA will initiate the NF-κB signaling pathway, leading to expression of the NF-κB-controlled luciferase reporter.
询价背景介绍 The Notch signaling pathway controls cell fate decisions in vertebrate and invertebrate tissues. Notch signaling is triggered through the binding of a transmembrane ligand to Notch transmembrane receptor (NOTCH1/ NOTCH2/NOTCH3/NOTCH4) on a neighboring cell. This results in proteolytic cleavage of the Notch receptor, releasing the constitutively active intracellular domain of NOTCH (NICD). NICD translocates to the nucleus and associates with transcription factors CSL (CBF1/RBPJκ/Suppressor of Hairless/Lag-1) and coactivator Mastermind to turn on transcription of Notch-responsive genes. 产品介绍 The Notch CSL Reporter - HEK293 cell line contains the firefly luciferase gene under the control of Notch-response elements (CSL responsive elements) stably integrated into HEK293 cells. Transfection of this cell line with a Notch expression vector and activation of the Notch pathway leads to expression of luciferase reporter. This cell line is validated with a Notch1DelE expression vector, which is constitutively processed by γ-secretase, leading to the release of NICD and the expression of luciferase.

Cryopreserved vial (10 x 10^6 cells) of CD8+ T cells that were negatively selected from freshly isolated primary human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). The PBMCs came from a healthy donor, and were isolated from whole blood or leukapheresis samples using a Ficoll gradient. Magnetic antibodies to monocytes, granulocytes, CD4+ T cells, gamma/delta T cells and other immune subsets present in PBMCs were then used to purify untouched CD8+ T cells via immunomagnetic separation. Before and after CD8+ T cell isolation, the cells were stained to evaluate purity and viability by flow cytometry. Cells were cryopreserved in CryoStor CS10 cryopreservation medium (Stemcell, #07930) at a controlled rate.

背景介绍 Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor Subfamily B Member 4 (LILRB4) contains multiple Immunoreceptor Tyrosine-based Inhibitory Motifs (ITIMs). LILRB4 expression on Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) cells promotes tumor cell infiltration and suppresses T cell activity. Because LILRB4 is highly expressed on AML cells but not on normal hematopoietic stem cells, LILRB4 has been identified as a promising therapeutic target for CAR-T cells. 产品介绍 Recombinant Jurkat cells constitutively expressing human LILRB4 (Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor Subfamily B Member 4, GenBank Accession #NM_001278426) and the firefly luciferase gene under the control of NFAT response elements.
